Meta and Google ads management
Paid campaigns built around one job: qualified leads at a cost that makes sense.
Strategy, copy, creative direction, and ongoing optimization, run by a media buyer and measured against your pipeline instead of your impressions.
Ad spend billed directly to you, never marked up. Three month minimum, then month to month.
The honest version
Most ad accounts do not fail at the ad.
They fail at the offer, the audience, or the page the traffic lands on. Turning the budget up on a broken funnel just makes you lose money faster.
01
The offer is not clear enough to act on
If a stranger cannot tell what they get, what it costs, and what happens next, no amount of budget fixes that.
02
The traffic lands somewhere it cannot convert
Sending paid clicks to a homepage or a link tree is the single most expensive habit in small business advertising.
03
Nobody follows up fast enough
A paid lead cools within minutes. Without speed-to-lead and follow-up, you are paying full price for leads someone else closes.

How we measure
Paid gets judged on three numbers.
Qualified leads
Not clicks, not reach, not video views. People who fit what you sell and asked to hear from you.
Cost per lead
What it actually costs you to put one qualified person in front of your business, tracked month over month.
Conversions
What happened after the lead came in. A campaign with beautiful reach and no leads is a failed campaign, and we will say so.
Engagement metrics belong to organic social media. We do not borrow them to make paid campaigns look better than they performed.
Getting started
How the first ninety days go
Weeks one and two
Discovery, offer and audience strategy, tracking setup, landing page build, and first campaign build. Nothing goes live until the path from click to booked call is actually finished.
Weeks three to six
Campaigns launch and enter the learning phase. We are watching cost per lead and lead quality, not celebrating early impressions.
Weeks seven to twelve
Optimization and testing against what the data now says. This is why there is a three month minimum. Judging paid ads at week three tells you almost nothing.
Questions
Before you book
It depends on your market, your offer, and what a customer is worth to you. We will give you a realistic range on the discovery call rather than a number here that would be wrong for most businesses reading it.
No. Your budget is billed directly to you by Meta and Google. We charge a flat management fee and nothing else.
Paid campaigns need a learning period before the data means anything. A one month engagement would let us launch but not optimize, and you would be paying for the least useful part of the process.
No, ads management can run on its own. It does tend to work better alongside consistent organic content, because people check your profile before they book. We will tell you honestly whether you need both.
A media buyer handles platform execution. Strategy, offer, copy, and reporting come through us. You get one point of contact.
You will hear it from us before you have to ask. If the numbers say the offer or the market is the problem rather than the campaign, we will tell you that instead of quietly spending your budget.
Next step
Let us look at the numbers before you spend anything.
Thirty minutes. We will tell you whether paid ads are the right next move for your business, or whether something upstream needs fixing first.
